Stephanie Wilson leverages more than 20 years of elite coaching experience across collegiate, club, and developmental programs, demonstrating exceptional leadership in competitive sports environments. and intimately understand the multifaceted challenges athletes face. Her proven track record includes guiding teams to Provincial Championships (South County Volleyball, 2007–2008), six high school gold medals (É.J. Lajeunesse), and a Top 10 national finish (University of Michigan). As a NCCP Level 2 certified coach and Ontario Volleyball Official, she masterfully develops athletes from beginner to elite levels through strategic skill refinement, mindset training, and disciplined teamwork, translating on-court success into measurable results like medal finishes at Ontario Winter Games and national competitions.

Her true distinction lies in navigating critical athlete stressors: managing playing time dynamics, resolving teammate conflicts, rebuilding confidence after errors, addressing negative self-talk, and fostering trust in coaching decisions. She excels in corrective feedback that empowers ownership while supporting athletes through physical setbacks, including injuries. This empathetic insight, rooted in her own varsity career and parenting a university athlete, enables her to create environments where athletes develop resilience and accountability.

Utilizing advanced credentials as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in Ontario and Michigan, Stephanie uniquely integrates behavioral science with athletic performance. In her role at St. Clair College Women’s Volleyball, she applied ABA and ACT principles to drive a Provincial Silver Medal win, enhancing team cohesion through data-driven strategies.

As owner of Champion Focus Solutions, she addresses both mental rehabilitation (recovering confidence after setbacks, managing performance anxiety) and physical rehabilitation (adherence to recovery protocols, injury-related mindset shifts) using data-driven analysis. She equips athletes with self-regulation tools, structured decision-making frameworks, and evidence-based coping strategies, transforming dependency into independence. This empowers athletes to proactively manage their growth, turning vulnerabilities into sustainable competitive advantages.
